I absolutely love Elena! She is by far the best hairstylist I have ever been to. I got the Japzilian hair treatment done on my extremely curly and frizzy hair and by the end my hair ended up so sleek, soft, straight and healthy looking! Elena is truly a expert and makes you feel very comfortable with her, and she's also super fun, entertaining and sweet! She is very thorough and precise and knows what's best for your hair and what's going to give you the results you want. I will NOT be going anywhere else to get my hair cut or treated again. I have been regularly making appointments with Elena for about 9 months. Before my first cut with her, I was nervous because I planned to cut off about 12" of hair to donate to Wigs for Kids. She was so patient and detail-oriented to make sure that the hair was prepared exactly as it needed to be according to the Wigs for Kids donation instructions, and I appreciated her not rushing through that process. Even better, I left super happy with my new short style!
At every appointment since, Elena has been a beam of sunshine with her positive energy! She makes sure that I leave with the best-looking style and always has *such* attention to detail. Also, she gives great styling tips that I've incorporated into my routine at home.
After my husband had been growing out his hair for a few months, I was like, "ok... it's past time you went and met Elena too!" Sure enough, she is just as talented as styling men's hair as she is with women's! After checking out the pictures we showed her and giving a thoughtful consultation with good advice, I watched her work her magic and give him a great cut. He has since gotten lots of compliments and been told he looks much younger than before.
I always look forward to my appointments with Elena and highly recommend her! Also, for UTA students - the salon is close to campus and offers a student discount! win/win =)

Elena is a pro. I went in for a wash and dry and she was very accommodating. She took the time to give me instructions as she was giving me the long wavy trendy curls as I requested. I loved the end result. She is a very positive person and I enjoyed the process and loved the end result!
